Establish a business strategy for attracting high net-worth customers.
Execute customer acquisition strategy to grow large number of profitable customers bases.
Work with Product Development and Marketing Department to build value proposition of Premier Banking from time to time.
Acquire & maintain an attractive portfolio of Premier customers.
Manage premier customer relationships to increase share of wallet.
Provide financial planning advice to Premier customers.
Run Premier campaign/activities to increase membership & sales.
Work towards achieving the target set by Head, Retail Banking.
Provide 1-stop financial advice to Premier customers.
Staff coaching.
