Job Summary
Site Manager to lead day-to-day construction operations at a real estate development project in Dangkao, Phnom Penh. You will oversee site progress, coordinate teams, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise all on-site construction activities to keep work aligned with project plans and deadlines.
● Monitor progress, identify delays early, and support timely actions to maintain the schedule.
● Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth daily coordination.
● Enforce safety rules and quality standards across the site at all times.
● Inspect workmanship, resolve site issues quickly, and support effective problem-solving.
● Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and suppliers for efficient site execution.
● Prepare accurate site reports and maintain organized project records and documentation.
● Control site resources, materials, and equipment to reduce waste and support productivity.

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
● At least 5 years of experience in construction site management.
● Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
● Solid knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
● Able to manage multiple site priorities and work effectively under pressure.
● Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
