Gather business requirements and translate them into data and reporting needs.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Reporting dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Jasper Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Internal Developed report tool.
Design and implement data architecture, data structures, metadata, and data models.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver insightful reports
Assist in data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensure reporting system availability, performance tuning.
Ensure data governance, integrity, and security in reporting tools.
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis request.
Provide report and data extraction to internal and external requestors.
Properly prepare and update the progress status of the report for the management.
Report daily and weekly directly to Line manager
Others assigned by Line manager

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
At least 2 years’ experience in Report Development, data analysis, or related role.
Experience with ETL tool and Data warehouse
Familiarity with Data mining concepts and big data platform
Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery, and JavaScript, Java, Java Spring for Internal report development
Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL statement, Function, View, Stored Procedure and database querying.
Knowledge in databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Knowledge and understanding of the key Financial & Banking concepts.
Certification in BI tools or data analytics is a plus.
Initiative, Reliable and honest.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
