A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Daily:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock in warehouse
  • Prepare and log Delivery Orders in the accounting system
  • Prepare and delivery items to stores as scheduled/requested
  • Record daily wastage (e.g., vegetables) in Excel
  • Support procurement with stock insights and reorder alerts

Monthly:

  • Conduct physical stock counts in warehouse and stores and closing monthly report in Office
  • Prepare the ending stock report for making the new order of new month
  • Generate month-end stock and wastage reports for procurement planning

Male/Female

职位要求

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year in warehouse, or inventory (preferred)
  • Good in Excel; familiar with inventory/accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and physically fit
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
