  • Coordinate daily transport schedules and delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Maintain transport records, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and delivery logs.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to transportation, including reporting, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor and track deliveries, resolving any issues or delays promptly.
  • Assist in planning and optimizing routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Support audits and prepare reports for management regarding transport operations.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Strong general administration and administrative assistance skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing operational issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams while also handling tasks independently.
