• Store Operations

- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and excellent customer experience

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments

• Sales Leadership

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Actively participate in sales activities and customer engagement

- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns as directed by management

• Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate effectively between departments (sales, marketing, operations, inventory, etc.)

- Serve as the communication bridge between the General Manager and Sales Officers

- Ensure instructions and strategies from management are clearly executed at store level

• Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the General Manager

- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and operations

• Management Support

- Act as an assistant to the General Manager in executing assigned tasks and special projects

- Support planning, execution, and follow-up of business initiatives

- Step in as acting store lead when the General Manager is unavailabl

- Proven experience in retail management or store operations

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- Sales-driven mindset with basic reporting and analytical skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
