6. Inventory Coordination

• Work closely with warehouse and store teams to ensure stock availability
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
• Prevent stock shortages or overstock issues                                                                                                                                     

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies
• Maintain accurate procurement records and contracts
• Support internal audits and control processes                                                                                                                                   

8. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare procurement and supplier performance reports
• Analyze purchasing data to improve efficiency
• Provide recommendations to management                                                                                                                                           

9. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with finance, operations, and merchandising teams
• Support procurement needs for promotions and new store openings
• Ensure smooth supply chain operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement (retail/FMCG preferred)
• Experience in team supervision or leadership role
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems
