• Assist in planning project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee execution of construction, renovation, and fit-out works

• Supervise on-site construction and installation activities
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants

• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure site safety standards and regulations are followed
• Monitor compliance with local construction laws and company policies
• Address safety risks and incidents                                                                                                                                                             

6. Technical Support

• Provide engineering advice and solutions during project execution
• Review and interpret technical drawings and designs
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities when required                                                                                  

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project progress reports and updates
• Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to management                                                                                                                

8. Cross-Department Coordination

• Work with operations, procurement, and marketing teams
• Support store opening preparations and handover processes
• Ensure projects align with business requirements
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or project engineering
• Experience in retail, commercial, or building projects (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
