  • Video Production & Editing
    • Edit and produce engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns
    • Create simple motion graphics and modern visual effects
    • Turn tech-education ideas into clear, easy-to-watch videos
    • Optimize videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Collaboration & Workflow
    • Work with the marketing and content teams to deliver videos on time
    • Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly on revisions
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick deadlines and changing priorities

  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional video editing software
    • Basic ability in motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
    • Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and color grading
    • Familiarity with video optimization for various social media platforms
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project files systematically
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience creating content for tech or education brands
    • Knowledge of current social media trends and video formats
    • Understanding of storytelling and narrative structure in short-form content
    • Portfolio demonstrating range of video editing styles and techniques
