 Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and analytical reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track key performance metrics.
• Translate raw data into clear insights that support strategic decisions for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation checks and tracking mechanisms.
• Support development of processes and best practices for collecting and using business data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to gather analytics requirements and develop measurement frameworks.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, pricing, competitor offerings, and user behavior that impact WOWNOW’s services.
• Prepare detailed and actionable market insight reports to guide product positioning and growth initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, market analysis, data analytics, or related roles.
• Experience working with business insights to support strategy or marketing decisions (especially in digital platforms or e-commerce) is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. (Common BI skill.)
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data tools).
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform meaningful trend analysis

Analytical & Business Skills

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling is an advantage.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Soft Skills

• Effective communication and presentation skills to share insights with non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve shared goals.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Language

• Proficiency in English is important. Knowledge of Khmer and Chinese is a plus in WOWNOW’s multilingual environment. (Common language expectations for roles at WOWNOW.)
