Job Purpose (Overall key responsibilities)

• Support the Manager to ensure that the store layout aligns with the brand's identity and enhances customer shopping experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support manager and collaborate with team in plan and set up of store displays to attract customers and encourage purchases.
• Support manager in daily general managing VM team.
• Support manager in external communications with regional business partners to ensure smooth cooperation.
• Guide the teams to deliver accurate seasonal storytelling and successful campaign launches aligned with individual store objectives.
• Support manager and liaise with cross-functional team in oversea VM order.
• Work closely across all related departments to ensure smooth team operations.
• Oversee VM team in working with local vendors on production needs.
• Ensure all VM elements and campaign are delivered and installed according to the timeline.
• Oversee the team in preparing necessary reports and photo documentation for new launches, seasonal rollouts, and store openings.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute new ideas to enhance customer experience.
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, architectural design, retail management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion retail, interior and architectural design or relevant fields.
• Good command of English and Khmer with both speaking and writing.
• Understand retail store design aspects.
• Has working knowledge of designing tools.
• Commercial awareness and understanding retail trends.
• Knowledge of current style trends.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer insights.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, flexible, and comfortable on multitasking.
• Flexibility to travel to store location from time to time.
