A Great Opportunity for ...

Overseeing warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintaining records of transactions.
Managing a team of warehouse workers to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time to customer.
Assigning tasks to employees based on their specific job responsibilities within the warehouse.
Coordinating with other departments such as accounting to ensure that invoices are processed accurately.
Scheduling overtime to meet deadlines or special projects as needed.
Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.
Assist in planning future capacity requirements.
Ensure that health and safety meet the required standards and carry out risk assessments with maintaining high standards of security in the warehouse.
Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained.
Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.
Monitoring employee performance to ensure that targets are met, corrective action is taken when needed, and that employees receive praise when they do well.

Warehouse leader positions require to have at least five years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Management.
Commitment to work towards professional accreditation with an industry.
Be honest with all employees and staffs.
Good Communication skills.
Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications
Excellent at English language Including Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening.
Have good Leadership skills.
Have strong Responsibility.
Problem-solving skills.
Have strong organizational skills.
