1. Technical Leadership & Diagnostics

• High-Level Troubleshooting: Assist technicians with complex electrical, engine, or hybrid/EV system issues that standard diagnostic tools cannot easily resolve.

• EV Specialist Oversight: Supervise the specific safety and technical protocols for Deepal and Nevo PHEV vehicles, ensuring high-voltage battery safety maintained.

• Technical Training: Conduct regular "toolbox talks" and internal training to keep the team updated on Changan's latest Technical Service Bulletins (TSB)

2. Workflow & Productivity Management

• Job Allocation: Assign repair orders to technicians based on their specific skill levels (e.g., electrical experts vs. general mechanical).

• Deadline Monitoring: Ensure vehicles completed within the promised "Estimated Time of Completion" (ETC) to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Work-in-Progress (WIP) Control: Monitor the workshop floor to identify bottlenecks and ensure bay utilization maximized.

3. Quality Control (QC)

• Final Inspection: Perform final road tests and quality checks on "Heavy Repair" or high-value jobs before the vehicle handed back to the Service Advisor.

• Repeat Repair Prevention: Analyze any "comebacks" (vehicles returning for the same issue) to identify root causes and provide corrective training to the responsible technician.

4. Safety & Standards (5S)

• Workshop Safety: Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure the workshop remains compliant with Cambodian labor safety laws.
• Special Tool Management: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of expensive diagnostic equipment and specialized EV tools.

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years as an Automotive Technician. At least 2 years in a supervisory or "Team Lead" role within an authorized dealership (e.g., Ford, Toyota, or Changan).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and scanning tools. Experience with New Energy Vehicles (EV/PHEV) is now a top priority for Changan Cambodia.
- Languages: English good (must be able to read technical manuals and communicate with regional technical support).
