Build and manage a network of potential customers and answers all enquiries; Develop and maintain relationship with customers and other stakeholders; Analyze sales opportunities by researching the industry and market conditions; Plan & develop sales strategies to maximize sales; Manage the administrative works relating to sale process as assigned; Design & develop process and procedure of sales department to improve efficiency; Actively seek and participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours; Keep up to date, monitor and report on competitor’s sales strategies monthly; Develop & improve the Sales department database; Organize and manage all sales related events and ensure they adhere to sales budget; Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports on a timely basis;
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by Head of Food. Develop and expand new customer accounts (retail, wet market, horeca, distributors, etc.). Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in Kampot area. Promote company food products and introduce new items to customers. Collect and process customer orders accurately and timely. Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor customer payment and follow up on outstanding balances. Ensure compliance with company credit policy. Other additional tasks are required by head of food. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Provide market feedback and sales reports to Head of Food. Reporting & Administration Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and orders. Attend sales meetings and training programs as required.
Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets (volume & value). Execute daily sales visits according to assigned route plan. Increase product distribution and market penetration in wet markets. Introduce new products and promotions to customers. Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the market. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with wet market vendors. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership. Order Management & Collection Follow up on product delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances. Ensure proper documentation of orders, invoices, and receipts.
Enhances accomplishments and competence by giving solutions answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members Supervises Sales Rep to ensure that they perform their duties and responsibilities properly and efficiently. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts. Coordinate with internal staff (customer service, finance.) in order to meet customer’s expectations, sales target and to ensure payment collection from clients.
