The Sales Executive is the frontline ambassador of Borey Williams , responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting qualified leads into happy homeowners. You will guide prospects through every step of the property purchase journey—from first inquiry and site visit to reservation, documentation, and after‑sales follow‑up—while representing our brand values of trust, innovation, and community living. Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like) Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (units sold & revenue). Maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline with accurate, timely data entry. Deliver a high lead‑to‑booking conversion rate through proactive follow‑up and value‑focused consultations. Achieve excellent customer satisfaction scores from buyers and prospects. Build repeat and referral business through strong relationship management. Core Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Respond promptly to online, phone, walk‑in, and referral leads. Qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, property needs, and financing readiness. Participate in property expos, field activations, digital campaigns, and community outreach to attract new buyers. 2. Sales Presentation & Consultation Present Borey Williams projects, unit types, pricing, promotions, and payment plans clearly and confidently (in Khmer and basic English; additional languages a plus). Conduct on‑site tours: highlight design features, community amenities, green elements, and lifestyle benefits. Use consultative selling: match buyer needs to the right product; handle objections with facts and empathy. 3. Deal Management Prepare quotations, booking forms, and sales agreements in coordination with Admin/Legal. Guide clients through financing options (bank loan partnerships, installment plans, promotional terms). Track document collection, deposit payments, and contract completion milestones. 4. Relationship & Pipeline Management Maintain organized follow‑up schedules in CRM (calls, messages, appointments, reminders). Keep clients updated on construction progress, milestones, and handover timelines. Encourage referrals and testimonials from satisfied buyers. 5. Market & Competitor Awareness Monitor pricing, promotions, and product features of competing boreys/developers. Relay buyer feedback and market insights to Sales & Marketing leadership for product and campaign refinement.
