1. Technical Execution & Field Management Survey Control: Oversee high-precision topographic surveys, boundary calculations, and volumetric calculations to establish accurate project blueprints. Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of field data, design profiles, and as-built drawings; identify and correct field errors in a timely manner. Equipment Management: Monitor the utilization, calibration, and routine maintenance of surveying tools (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Drones). 2. Project & Subcontractor Coordination Workflow Oversight: Manage site construction survey workflows from conception to handover. Subcontractor Control: Supervise subcontractor execution, monitor material requests, and review progress billing bills. Schedule Alignment: Update and organize construction schedules efficiently to support project delivery timelines. 3. Team Leadership & Interface Team Supervision: Direct daily/weekly work plans and optimize staff workload across multiple sub-projects (housing, facilities, infrastructure). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key link between field workers and the Project Manager; coordinate with engineering and design teams. Safety & Training: Enforce site health, safety, and hygiene protection plans while guiding junior technical staff.
