Bright is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to support our people, administration, stock, equipment, and internal systems. Your role is to help keep the business organized, ensure important tasks are followed through, and support smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities 👥 HR & People - Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, probation, and offboarding. - Manage attendance, leave, employee files, contracts, and HR records. - Coordinate staff training and performance reviews. - Follow up on staff issues and report important matters to management. ⚙️ SOP & Administration - Maintain company documents, SOPs, checklists, and administrative systems. - Follow up on SOP and company-policy implementation. - Coordinate suppliers, office needs, meetings, and administrative activities. - Track important tasks, owners, and deadlines. 📦 Stock & Purchasing - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. - Monitor minimum stock levels and arrange timely purchasing. - Track stock usage, loss, damage, and discrepancies. - Maintain organized storage and supplier records. 🔧 Equipment & Maintenance - Maintain equipment and asset records. - Schedule preventive maintenance. - Coordinate equipment repairs and follow up until completion. - Report equipment and safety issues promptly. 📊 Reporting & Follow-Up - Prepare weekly HR/Admin updates for management. - Follow up on outstanding actions and deadlines. - Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements.
● Create high-quality content for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. ● Develop fresh ideas, captions, visuals, and short-form content that align with brand goals. ● Assist with planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content across channels. ● Monitor trends and suggest creative concepts to boost engagement and reach. ● Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content is consistent and on-brand.
