Conduct thorough needs assessment with stakeholder, including interview, workshops and survey Document detailed business requirement using various techniques, such as user stories, use cases and process flows Ensure that requirement is clear, concise and traceable Analysis existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop process models and documentation to illustrate current and proposed process. Recommend process improvement and solution to optimize business operation. Work closely with branch support, developers, testers and other to ensure alignment and understanding of requirement Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to ensure project success Assist planning and execution of the project including creation of project plans and timelines.
To develop and manage the trade finance business portfolio to ensure that the targets of portfolio growth, income and quality are achieved. Process trade finance transactions including letters of credit, bank guarantee, and bank collection. Monitoring bill payments and expiry dates, making payments on maturity dates, by using SWIFT for various purposes, fulfilling documentation requirements for credit facilities. Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine feasibility of granting loans. Conduct a site visit at clients’ business premise and proffered collaterals during loan assessment process to obtain in-depth information concerning to the soundness of their business and purpose of loan application. Process and prepare Credit Appraisal Report including detailed loan appraisal writeup and detailed financial analysis of the clients in order to submit to higher authority for loan approval. Maintenance of the existing client base and acquisition of new trade businesses from the market. Proactively manage trade relationship and portfolio of the existing customers and onboard new trading customers. To work closely with Branch Manager, Relationship team to provide support and technical solution under Trade Finance and Remittance services. Support in development of policies and procedures for structured Trade finance and Trade Loan products that have been customized for use by the various business (if any) Maintain a reporting schedule of defined Key Risk Indicators and measure performance against these on a monthly basis to reduce possible losses due to omissions and mistakes. Provide advisory and guidance services to the Bank’s credit staff, credit risk teams and branch network in relation to Trade Finance Loan. Provide the training on trade finance product to relevant stake holders and Branch network. Prepare and present trade finance loan sales reports and loan industry market updates and market study for Senior Management and Credit Committee Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Responsible for the achievement of the bank’s loan sales target, development and implementation of the bank’s loan sales programs and supervision of the loan sales officers and staff Supervise, monitor and coordinate the daily sales activities of the Loan Sales Department Develop high-quality leads and referrals for new loan businesses and convert them to actual sales Proactively find new ways to build and grow bank’s loan portfolio Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests by doing adequate research and sales probing and by adhering to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan practices Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products. Process loan disbursement in accordance with loan disbursement time frame to keep customers satisfied with such fast and convenient customer service; Complete the sign off transactions ensuring all credit, legal, property, KYC checklist and initial drawdown matters are satisfied; Arrange credit file for approval & authorization of disbursement prior to creation of Collateral and Loan Account in Core Banking System for centralized disbursement; Ensure regular updating in the system of various credit-related data to aid in decision-making; Ensure processed documents pertaining to individual loans are timely transferred to the Loan Administration for safe keeping; Ensure quality customer service both internally and externally; Perform other task assigned by line manager.
