•Execute spare parts control processes to ensure high reliability of plant equipment (Kiln, Cement Mill, Crusher, Packing Plant, Utilities, etc.). •Maintain optimal stock levels (min/max, safety stock) aligned with plant reliability and maintenance strategy. •Receive spare parts from local and overseas suppliers and ensure proper inspection and verification. •Support plant teams in identifying and locating spare parts efficiently. •Ensure 5S implementation in spare parts warehouse (sorting, labelling, cleanliness).
•Creating the SOP/Policies, process, and procedure to get them approved for daily implementation at plant site. Daily follow up and check the flow of working. •Coordinating with HR L&D to set up the training sessions on road safety including daily checks logs, vehicle maintenance and undertake advanced defensive driving course of DDT . •Develop ideas with V&T officer to control the risk management, ensuing zero hazards at workplace and accidents on-site for internal and external transport Develop clear structure and process of vehicle and traffic safety •Develop of audit process with transporter that include driver compliance of license, inspection,and training .
•Direct and manage mechanical maintenance activities to achieve machines and equipment availability, reliability, and maintenance cost. •Provide Technical Support for contractor to efficient troubleshooting/problem solving and maintenance repair to maximize machines efficiency and minimize plant downtime •Ensure OH&S and environment compliance with international and local regulation.
