Accounting Duties Record and maintain daily financial transactions. Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and accounting documents. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records. Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis. Support internal and external audits. 2. Tax Duties Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations. Calculate and file: Withholding Tax (WHT) Value Added Tax (VAT) Tax on Salary (ToS) Prepayment of Tax on Income (PToI) Annual Tax on Income (ToI) Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations. Maintain tax records and supporting documents. Coordinate with tax authorities during tax audits or inspections. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Assist management in tax planning and tax risk management.
