We are looking for a reliable sale and marketing whose main responsibility to communicate with customer, Vendors, overseas agents and doing the documentation process. Responsibilities • Preparing and maintaining the shipment documentations • Communicate with various vendors and overseas agents • Preparing and sending invoices • Organizing payments or processes transactions on behalf of the client, such as freight charges. • Meeting with customers / vendors • Keeping records of goods dispatched or received • Is a plus one who is experienced (like at least 2 or 3 years) in forwarding field with sales & marketing background.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service - Freight Forwarding position. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing export documentation, managing and coordinating freight forwarding operations, and ensuring smooth freight transportation processes. The individual will work closely with clients to provide timely and accurate information regarding their shipments and resolve any issues that may arise. -Liaise with internal and external parties; clients, carriers, airlines and sub- contractors via phone, emails or face to face meeting -To respond to customer requests in a timely quickly, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner. -Handle/solve daily operation and transactions with other involve party such as carrier, vendors, customers. -Responsible for handling/monitoring the whole documentation/operation process for export/import shipments while ensuring smooth delivery to the destination side (Arrange booking with ocean carriers, airlines whereas checking free hand or nomination rate contract, Release SO, Create/update internal/ external data in carrier & FGL system and required documents like Bill of lading , FCR, Request to issue invoice) -Assist the Management and Team Manager with any related task if required
