Develop, execute, and fulfill the project supply solution; support timely project delivery, customer satisfaction with supply. Manage supply resources, resource assurance, and ensure timely and completely project delivery. Execute the S&OE, ensure the plan coverage, integrate the project goods arrival plan with the supply plan, ensure the effective operation of the large and small cycles of the project, and improve the inventory efficiency. Keep good communication with internal and external customers, understand the needs of customers and improve customer satisfaction through continuous teamwork. Implement the forward/reverse SO closure of the project to ensure the project revenue achievement and customer satisfaction. Manage project supply POD to support project revenue trigger and billing. Duties and responsibilities: Telecom network engineering, rollout, delivery & service. Collect customer requirement and design work process. Hardware installation and software debugging work experience of network product. Participate in commercial operation. Take initiatives for process of works as an engineering leader.

• Responsible for pre-sales support and network solutions for enterprise and Huawei eKit products (datacom, Ideahub, storage…), focusing on product strategy and opportunity development in the commercial market. • Lead the industry insights and develop strategic roadmaps, including competitive battle cards, while supporting marketing activities. • Provide high-level solutions and designs to local offices, channel partners, and key account customers. • Collaborate effectively as part of both regional/HQ and local teams. • Present technical solutions in a professional manner.

And work with operations to develop action plans for business operational and performance improvement Prepare annual budget, financial target setting, financial metric design and performance measurement evaluation Recommend appropriate business model, highlight identified risk to the management Establish an operation mechanism for business unit and be responsible for the business performance management of the end-to-end process ; including: Participate the annual business plan and yearly budget of the account dept., design the performance indicators/KPIs of the account, to support the decomposition of the business objectives from the representative office As the partner of the projects, focuses on improving the quality of project management, and ensure key financial activities executed normatively, such as estimation, budget, accounting and Project performance analysis etc. Identify and manage the risks, including but not limited to business authenticity management, risk closure etc., to meet the compliance requirement.
