The Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) is a Cambodian non-for-profit research institution established in 1953, IPC is today a scientific research establishment declared of public utility placed under the high patronage of the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia and under the responsibility of the Institute Pasteur on the scientific and technical levels. The IPC is a member of the Pasteur Network, which brings together 33 institutes present on five continents. It shares the Pasteurian values and the ethical charter to which the Pasteur Institutes are bound. The IPC has more than 300 employees, including about 30 expatriates of 22 nationalities and includes 6 research units. It carries out research activities in health biology, public health and service activities (Medical Biology Laboratory, vaccinations and water and food analyses) and training.

The Training and Development Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the staff training and development strategy at IPC. While the deployment and follow-up of Coursera’s online learning platform will be a major focus, the coordinator will also be responsible for identifying, organizing, and supporting other training approaches such as in-person workshops, external training programs, technical coaching, or collaborative learning opportunities that best align with IPC’s operational and strategic needs. This position oversees development process and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. This role works closely with unit heads and IPC management to ensure that training initiatives effectively support institutional priorities and staff development goals. The role also involves maintaining learning records, assisting users, preparing training reports, and actively fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization. Recruitment conditions: Language: English and/or French Position: Full-time Contract: The initial contract is offered for 1 year (renewable) Start Date: Available to start as soon as possible Remote Work: Possibility to work remotely, subject to job role and management approval Main responsibilities: Oversee Development Plan Collaborate with the HR Manager and IPC Heads of Unit/Service to understand organizational goals and align training initiatives Develop tailored learning paths and growth plans for employees based on their roles and career aspirations Ensure development plans support the IPC’s strategic goals and future workforce planning Monitor employee progress against their development plans and adjust as necessary Implement Coursera platform Coordinate the deployment of the Coursera platform across IPC Register and support users, monitor progress, and ensure optimal license usage Identify and recommend relevant courses and specializations that align with IPC’s needs Track course enrollments, completion rates, and learning outcomes; generate regular reports for management Provide first-line support for employees facing issues with the platform and liaise with Coursera support when needed Coordinate and supervise training programs for students and interns from different universities in collaboration with IPC Oversee internal and external training Contribute to broader training initiatives Contribute to the preparation and coordination of institutional training events, workshops, and seminars Coordinated and supervise training programs for students and interns from different universities in collaboration with IPC Maintain Record, ensure compliance and continue improvement Develop and maintain training dashboards and regular usage reports Follow up on mandatory trainings (ethics, compliance, digital literacy, etc.) Evaluate training effectiveness and impact through feedback surveys and performance assessments, and suggest improvements accordingly Maintain records and follow up training and development management Carry out other tasks assigned by management Deadline: 15 September 25
