Manage Brand's Social Media Pages Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily Monitor post engagement daily Work closely with the account management team for requirements and marketing campaigns on the social media Support in creating the overall creative idea for the social media content of the client Lead content and design creation to improve the performance of the campaigns and build a strong brand image Create monthly insightful reporting to the clients with insights to drive business further for the coming months Regularly measure, analyze and report performance of the social pages Liaise with the client and brand owner for all the communication as necessary
Assist in analyzing financial statements of corporate clients (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Conduct basic ratio analysis, working capital analysis, and sector benchmarking. Support the preparation of internal credit appraisal notes. Maintain and update financial data, client information, and credit files. Ensure documentation completeness for loan proposals, renewals, and disbursements. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documents. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Generate leads and opportunities for transformer servicing, retrofitting, and upgrades. Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers. Monitor project progress and manage client expectations. Conduct site visits for assessments, inspections, and audits. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotes, service reports, and sales performance. Provide regular reports to management on service sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Maintain dashboards for service sales performance, forecast, and customer pipelines. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine strategy.
Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. Ensure IT assets (laptops, mobile devices, printers) are properly maintained and documented. Escalate complex issues to IT Executive or vendors when necessary. Assist in IT audits, inventory management, and security compliance. Maintain incident and request logs to ensure timely resolution.
Provide administrative support to the sales team in day-to-day operations. Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales-related documents accurately and on time. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Assist in monitoring sales performance, preparing monthly sales reports, and tracking KPIs. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders, payments, and after-sales service. Support sales team with scheduling meetings, business travel arrangements, and event coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities. Contribute to improving sales processes and providing feedback to management for efficiency.
