Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents. Assist the Sales team in processing customer orders and coordinating product deliveries. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Follow up with customers for required documents and payment reminders as assigned. Prepare regular sales reports and update sales databases. Assist in organizing sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events. Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management.
Today
Provide first-level technical support for computers, laptops, printers, POS equipment, and other IT devices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and Microsoft 365 services. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and Internet connections. Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Install and maintain software, drivers, antivirus, and security updates. Perform routine hardware maintenance and maintain IT equipment inventory. Assist with system backups and basic data recovery. Provide IT support to company branch offices and airport retail outlets when required. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager. Act as backup support for the IT Manager during leave or business travel.
