As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our solar PV system design processes. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating current PV system design processes for commercial and industrial (C&I) projects . Developing and implementing improvement plans to enhance knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency. Optimizing documentation and workflow processes. Improving procurement strategies. Training and mentoring team members to implement best practices. Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
