Lead and organize the installation team to install solar PV system by following work planassigned by Site Manager Regular check and follow up with installation team to ensure the work done followingthe quality target and schedule set Measure and mark areas for mounting structure and solar panel placement Mount and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground mounts Run and connect electrical wiring and inverters Ensure proper system grounding Troubleshoot and repair the system, solve the problem and ensure equipment operatesreliably Make daily, weekly and monthly report Identify hazard, unsafety condition, mitigate and report to safety supervisor Performs other duties assigned by Site Manager
