The Digital Marketing Officer will lead and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, attract new clients, and strengthen our brand across Cambodia’s competitive professional services market. The role involves managing digital campaigns, creating relevant content, and analyzing marketing performance with a focus on B2B audiences. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement in target industries (banking, garment, telecom, etc.). Plan and implement content marketing initiatives including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and videos showcasing expertise in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services. Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical knowledge for high-quality marketing materials. Optimize company website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve lead generation. Manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights. Support PR activities by coordinating online promotions of events, seminars, and training sessions. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to professional and financial services. Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when required.
