The Boutique Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the store, leading the sales team, driving commercial performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced and highly secure international airport environment. Team Leadership & Staff Coordination • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team in line with brand standards and company policies. • Organize work schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth shift operations. • Onboard and train new team members (sales techniques, procedures, security rules, etc.). • Act as the operational link between the sales team and the Store Manager. Sales Performance Monitoring • Monitor daily sales, average basket size, and conversion rate. • Support the achievement of individual and collective sales targets. • Analyze performance metrics and suggest action plans to improve results. • Share market and customer feedback with management. Customer Experience & Service Excellence • Ensure every customer receives a warm, personalized, and professional service. • Manage difficult situations or customer complaints with diplomacy and efficiency. • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support and guide the team. Cash Operations & Compliance • Supervise cash handling, refunds, and exceptional transactions. • Ensure compliance with duty-free, VAT refund, and foreign exchange procedures. • Enforce airport security and safety regulations (badge access, conduct, restricted areas). Merchandising & Stock Managemen t • Oversee product replenishment, visual merchandising, and correct product display. • Support inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy. • Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
Invoice Processing Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices in the accounting system. Check invoice compliance (VAT, legal details, purchase orders, etc.). Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts. Payment Management Prepare weekly or monthly payment proposals based on the payment schedule. Ensure supplier bank details are accurate and up to date. Process payments (bank transfers, cheques, or cash where applicable) in accordance with company procedures. Supplier Follow-up Manage supplier inquiries and dispute resolution. Maintain an up-to-date supplier database (contact info, payment terms, etc.). Provide suppliers with payment remittance information as needed. Local Compliance & Tax Ensure all invoices comply with Cambodian tax requirements (valid VAT invoice, proper numbering). Work closely with the tax team for monthly declarations (especially VAT input). Month-end Closing & Audit Support month-end closings (account reconciliations, balance justifications). Provide required supporting documents to internal and external auditors. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures.
Ensure accurate and efficient management of client invoicing, payment tracking, and collection activities, while complying with internal procedures and Cambodian financial regulations, particularly VAT requirements. Invoicing and Revenue Recording Issue and send customer invoices based on purchase orders or contracts. Ensure all invoices meet Cambodian legal requirements (valid VAT invoice, numbering,mandatory fields). Record sales and payments in the accounting system. Payment Tracking Monitor expected payments and accurately record collections (bank transfers, cash,cheques). Reconcile customer accounts and perform related bank reconciliations. Identify and resolve payment discrepancies. Collections and Customer Follow-Up Monitor due dates and follow up on overdue payments. Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients.

As a brand ambassador, the associate contribute actively to the store’s sales performance, customer satisfaction, and visual excellence, while complying with the airport’s security and operational procedures. Greet each customer in a warm, personalized, and professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. Drive sales by presenting features, benefits, and product highlights. Build customer loyalty through excellent service and personalized attention. Achieve personal and collective sales targets and KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, average basket size). Take part in in-store promotional activities and commercial events. Represent the brand with pride and consistency in a multicultural environment. Operate the POS system and handle transactions (cash, card, foreign currency if applicable). Apply duty-free procedures and ensure proper tax refund documentation. Ensure accuracy in change handling and follow currency conversion guidelines. Merchandising & Stock Management Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area. Ensure regular restocking and participate in inventory counts. Follow brand visual merchandising standards. Security & Airport Compliance Comply with airport safety and access regulations (badge control, surveillance awareness). Follow internal procedures related to product handling, safety, and hygiene.
The Cashier is responsible for carrying out checkout operations in a fast, accurate, and secure manner while delivering a courteous and efficient customer experience. The role requires strict compliance with both company standards and airport security regulations in a high-traffic, international setting. Cash Handling & POS Operations • Process sales transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. • Accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, or foreign currency (if applicable). • Perform cash drawer counts and ensure proper closing at the end of the shift. • Handle refunds, cancellations, and exchanges in accordance with internal procedures. Customer Service • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Answer basic questions about promotions, prices, and store layout. • Direct customers to appropriate staff for product-related inquiries. Procedures & Security Compliance • Strictly adhere to airport badge procedures, ID checks, and security protocols. • Follow currency handling rules and foreign exchange guidelines (if applicable). • Immediately report any discrepancies, suspicious behavior, or POS issues to the supervisor. Operational Support • Assist with restocking and labeling near the checkout area. • Keep the cash counter clean and organized. • Support inventory counts and participate in periodic stock audits if required.
