• Ensure on the warehouse/storage/cool room are cleaned, tidy and safely • Arrange optimized space for storing and movement • Reinforce the warehouse standard operating procedure (SOP) • Check all products which arrival with Service Team and arrange to keep in Stock properly • Ensure the right quality and quantity of pick and pack goods as per invoice, delivery note for Delivery Clerk • Prepare goods that request from sales for demo to clients or for seminars/events • Prepare goods for transfer to engineers as per their written request • Control packaging materials used in the warehouse and report to LM • Arrange and place order of packaging materials • Assist Delivery Clerk to deliver products in Phnom Penh if any • Supporting team to work with third parties to arrange product deliver to ensure on time to customers’ target • Assisting to confirm with customers on products received • Collaboration and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure business goals are met Stock Count: • Physical stock control and monitor every stock movement in & out • Stock arrangement, prepare products in the right condition and safely by temperature control • Participate of conducting physical inventory count reagent for monthly and instruments, spare parts, consumables for quarterly and yearly Physical Placement Asset Controlling: • Manage physical placement asset such as placement instrument, IT accessories and tool • Count physical placement asset and tool every 6months Report: • Checking stock after count (reagent, instrument, spare parts, consumable) and report to Logistics Manager • Report discrepancies between physical counts and systematic record • Keep update and follow up to customers’ complaint issues • Other jobs assigned by Superior
Responsible for GE HealthCare Ultrasound’s products; Look for new customers in territory in charge, develop new market as per instructed, implement agreed sales and promotion activities with clients; Prepare accurate territory business plan to achieve sales target and objective, territories be assigned; Consult, introduce new products, provide recommendation about the new products to clients; Assist the Manager for establishment, maintenance and support for business planning; Be responsible for sales meeting objectives including the result delivery, sales target and market share; Monitor competitive activities and participating in development and implementation of response strategy; Understand internal structure of client’s organization to establish, maintain and develop strong relationship with all relevant people within clients’ organization; Develop sales funnel as per established sales budgets; Responsible for proper quotation to be prepared and submit to clients; Coordinate with Finance on outstanding payment; Monthly sales forecast and monthly stock forecasting; Handle customer complaint and ensure proper solution; Report all product complaint in cooperation with management, operations and services team; Report and develop client’s interest to maximize mutual benefits of company and client; Take care of customer, guidance and provide information, report all order immediate and follow up; Coordination and organization of marketing events, activities. Other jobs assigned by Line Manager.
