Key Responsibilities ● Assist with overseas purchasing, supplier communication, and order follow-up. ● Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and support cost-effective buying decisions. ● Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams on shipment status. ● Track delivery schedules, import documents, and purchase records accurately. ● Monitor stock needs and help ensure timely replenishment of materials and goods. ● Support issue resolution for shortages, delays, damaged items, or invoice discrepancies. ● Maintain organized procurement files and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
