The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact and the face of Northbridge Communities, delivering a warm and professional experience to visitors, tenants, customers, and business partners. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support to the Management Team, coordinating meeting facilities, maintaining office services and supplies, and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, customers, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Management Team and other departments as required. Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure meeting rooms are prepared before and after each meeting. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, and common office areas. Oversee office utilities and pantry supplies, including drinking water, coffee, and other daily office necessities, ensuring timely replenishment. Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment, including water dispensers and other shared office facilities. Purchase and maintain office stationery and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock is available at all times. Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Support the coordination of company meetings, events, and other administrative activities.
