Cambodia currently has celebrated the rapid economic development, Starting with Japan, a number of foreign companies has been increasingly expanding into Cambodia rapidly. Securing of talented workers at the same time is each company essential need. To meet such needs, we established the "OUTSOURCING (CAMBODIA) Inc." in Phnom Penh of Cambodia in 2015. We will support a large number of customers such as Japanese companies and local companies in Cambodia. We are focused also on human resource development as well. Based on the accumulated experience and knowledge in Japan, contributing to the improvement of local technical capabilities. To further improve the living standards of local employees, we support a large number of job seekers.
