What we do

Prince Bank Plc. started its business operations in 2015 as a private microfinance institution under the former name “Prince Finance Plc.” and was transformed into a commercial bank with license No. B 46 was granted by the National Bank of Cambodia on 18 July 2018. The head office is located at the 18th Floor, Prince Phnom Penh Tower, No. 445, Monivong Blvd., Sangkat Boeng Proluet, Khan Prampir Meakkakra, Phnom Penh.

The Bank is incorporated as a public limited company under business registration No. 00014627 at the Ministry of Commerce. With a strong capital base, robust technological capabilities, solid expertise, and extensive knowledge of the local market, the bank aspires to become the industry leader by offering differentiated financial solutions through a mix of channels with great convenience to our customers.

The Manager, Credit Analyst position is accountable for conducting assessments on loan applications, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and conducting on-site visits for necessary cases, including suspicious cases, and accordingly providing. This role also includes ad-hoc support to the supervisor. To conduct credit assessment on proposal from Branch for Approvers To prepare ad-hoc reporting and/or regular reporting for supervisors and head of department To support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors and head of department
To contribute to loan growth by establishing a new borrowing customer base and managing existing customer portfolios to maintain strong business relationships. Collect review and verify all clients’ required documents including conducting financial analysis and interpreting applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine credit evaluation and feasibility of granting loans. Conduct a site visit at clients’ business premises and proffered collateral during the loan assessment process to obtain in-depth information concerning the soundness of their business and the purpose of loan application and ensure sufficient and acceptable security for the loan. Process and prepare Credit Appraisal Reports for commercial applications including detailed loan appraisal write-ups and detailed financial analysis of the commercial/corporate clients to submit to higher authority for loan approval. Review the loan appraisal write-up from the branch referral. Process the registration of the title deeds at the local authority and land office to acquire the legal evidence of clients’ rights to ownership of the property if required. Make regular site visits to existing clients to determine the actual conditions of the business and loan collateral whether it should remain the same or be downgraded as well as to develop relationships with clients as part of retention strategies. Build and maintain new and existing clients to ensure a sustainable and secure loan portfolio. Present and provide highly professional sound financial advice to target commercial/corporate clients to address their demands and match with the Bank’s products and services as well as to take the opportunity to cross-sell other banking products.
