Participate in the development of the company’s marketing plan and overall strategy. Identify business opportunities with existing and new market. Manage the sales administration function and participate in the elaboration of new insurance products. Ensure the efficiency of the sales processes including claim process. Develop a database of prospects and new clients, targets to minimum and large sized company, for achieving the sales target. Promote products and services in a professional manner insurance ethics. Contribute to the monthly and yearly business forecast by providing territory
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO; Plans, coordinates and ensures the executive team’s schedules are followed and respected; Communicates directly with BOD on behalf of the CEO when required; Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external contacts; Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately; Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company; Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
