Translate technical documents, manuals, SOPs, reports, and emails from Korean to ( English or Khmer) and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, inspections, and daily operations. Support cross-functional coordination between Korean and local departments (e.g., HR, QA/QC, production, maintenance). Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all translation-related tasks.
Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies. Explain policy details, terms, and conditions in Mandarin as required. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance laws, products, and market trends.
Responsibilities: Oversees all plant rooms – main A/C plant rooms, PAU/AHU rooms, electrical rooms, meter rooms, Lift rooms, and other machinery rooms – to identify any M&E defects or irregularities, and to ensure tidiness and cleanliness in the building. Ensures the building maintenance unit (BMU) is properly maintained and operated to comply with all statutory requirements. Practice proper Fire and Safety management for the building and undertake all associated duties and responsibilities pertaining to Operation Health & Safety. Check and verify all services delivered by maintenance contractors; including additional services and/or claims plus recommend payment when completed. Co-ordinate with all maintenance contractors for major repair and maintenance of all equipment in order to minimise inconvenience caused to building occupants and tenants. Maintain effective and efficient communication with contractors, building management and tenants. Raise any technical issues immediately to Technical Manager and management when found. Monitor tenant fit out works and reinstatement works and ensure the work complies with both the landlord and statutory requirements. Manage day to day technicians’ and contractors’ work according to preventive maintenance schedule. Motivate and maintain high morale amongst subordinates and contractors to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. Review yearly maintenance contracts to ensure equipment is maintained at optimum condition. Deputise for Technical Manager as and when required. Carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management

Business Support and Analysis: • Gather, review, monitor and analyze the company’s performance and collecting industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements. • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support existing business lines. • Report on the business performance, providing actionable insights to senior management. • Assist in preparing detailed business plans and presentations on market findings and strategic insights. • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals. 2. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and bilingual Assistant to support a Chinese-speaking Manager in daily operations and communications. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective task execution in both English and Chinese. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the manager in both English and Chinese. Translate verbal and written communications between Chinese and English as needed. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents in both languages. Attend meetings and take notes/minutes; assist in follow-ups and action tracking. Facilitate communication between the manager and Chinese-speaking clients, vendors, and partners. Manage correspondence (email, phone calls, letters) and ensure timely responses. Assist in project coordination, research, and data compilation. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

- Set strategic goals for Student Affairs department to support the achievement of school goals and guiding statements - Lead the Student Affairs Department to achieve the set goal - Report achievement to the Head of School. - Ensure organization school events and participate in the school marketing activities, fundraising events or other activities to promote student sense of belongings, school reputation and public image. - Lead and support the student affairs department in their days to days - Ensure good keep record of student grades, report cards, transcripts, behavioral records or any other records in compliance with the requirements from Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and school requirements. - Develop and implement a system to evaluate the success of school programs and activities based on data of student learning outcomes from internal assessments and external assessment as well as data from student and parent surveys and feedback. - Liaise with Front Office department to ensure parents receiving quality information about their child learning and well-being - Liaise with Front Office department to receive timely parent feedback to improve their child learning and well-being as well as school programs and services - Coordinate and support other department heads to achieve common school goals - Coordinate with school counselor and other relevant staff members to ensure student safety and that they receive support from student affairs supervisors in their days to days - Conduct regular facility inspection and report safety hazard and concern to the operations department and health and safety committee for timely intervention - Take active role in various committees such as child protection and health and safety - Ensure safe supervision during school hours especially during break times, PE, lunches and extra school hours classes/activities - Conduct students and parents' surveys and analyze data to improve parent and student satisfaction of school program

- Responsible for the overall cargo transportation process after receiving orders for export goods, booking space, packing or delivery arrangement, customs declaration tracking; - Check the production of bills of lading or air transport documents, confirm whether the goods have been shipped, send the forecast, and issue the bills of lading; -Request payment/urge payment, make cost analysis, follow up of goods, and be responsible for shipping import and export freight agency operation; - Handled - Handled relations with customs, ports and ships, accepted business consultation and business entrustment; - Respond to customer complaints with good service attitude and solve them in the shortest time; - Timely feedback to the department manager about emergencies in the operation process or problems that cannot be solved by itself.
