Business Planning & Performance Tracking Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as subscriber growth, churn rate, usage behavior, and ARPU. Support in the development of periodic business reports, dashboards, and performance reviews. Assist in planning and forecasting exercises for sales, revenue, and customer base targets. Track the effectiveness of commercial campaigns and operational initiatives across regions. 2.
