To manage day-to-day activity of network operation region South-West. To implement planned work and preventive maintenance to ensure it is finished in a defined time. To check, monitor, and analyze the performance of the availability of the network and power system. To perform corrective actions on the radio station, transmission, and power system alarms. To support the installation and commissioning of the radio station, transmission, and power system. To collaborate with contractors, local authorities, local MPTC, & vendors. To control spare parts, update the report of spare part of transmission, wireless, and power system. To support the installation of FTTH devices and corrective maintenance.
Manage and optimize the company's all relevant tower construction management with all tower company / suppliers Manage all relevant telecom process and activities Support implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner and ensure that the delivery scope and budget are maintained. Responsibility for the Delivery Project, Manage realistic project, quality and risk plans as per the business plan and strategic Lead projects through a complete lifecycle, Control of resources and costs against the project budget, Ensure that all projects are accepted and handed over to operational teams
