At Tech for Kids Academy , we take pride in students’ learning outcomes and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Curriculum and Training Officer who will contribute to both curriculum development and classroom implementation, working as part of a structured curriculum design team. This role goes beyond teaching; it requires the ability to translate learning objectives into clear, structured, and scalable learning experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work within defined curriculum frameworks while continuously improving content based on real classroom feedback. This person will collaborate closely with academic, product, and training teams to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all programs.. Key Responsibilities Mentor Role (Teaching Role) Plan and deliver lessons that support students’ acquisition of computer science and digital skills. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and addressing individual learning needs. Use classroom experience to validate curriculum effectiveness and identify gaps or improvement areas. Actively collaborate with mentors and staff, contributing to a strong teaching and learning culture. To support on-requests by the Head of Learning and Training. Curriculum Development Role Contribute to the design and development of structured curriculum materials, including lesson plans, projects, and assessments. Translate learning objectives into clear, teachable content with logical progression and age-appropriate scaffolding. Work within established curriculum frameworks, templates, and quality standards to ensure consistency across programs. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between curriculum, training, and program delivery. Conduct curriculum testing (pilot sessions, focus groups) and iterate based on feedback and data. Support innovation in curriculum design, particularly in digital and emerging technology areas. Management and Research Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company’s performance. Keep eyes on new research/findings, and work with the Manager and/or CEO to develop a comprehensive company’s business strategy.
