Preparing the expansion for the supplier, Preparing payments to suppliers. Responsible for tracking and recording supplier invoices. Responsible for assisting and controlling stationery. Preparing customer history for filling Supporting service cashier (Controlling summary invoice, Cash receipt, job card, tracking on packing slip) Supporting the service advisor in special conditions Control and manage petty cash. Making a petty cash report or an expanded report. Control of the purchase request form. Prepare an expanded document and form for management to sign. Support invoicing PDI invoices, denting, polishing, Painting, repairing rims, etc. Control on request petty cash working with the finance team, attached with the request form. Handling payment to the supplier. Make an incentive scheme for UV and Body film protection sellers. Working closely with SA, the Service cashier. Ensures invoice totals are accurate. Monitors the cash flow of the Service Department. Promotes cooperation and teamwork through actions. Follows up with customers regarding unpaid invoices. Maintains composure in dealing with customers. Ensure receipts are consistent with repair order totals. Refers customers who have additional questions about their repair order to the Service Advisor or other appropriate individual.
