Implementation and Management of Operational Rules Enforce operational systems and policies established by headquarters, including merchant tiering, campaign rules, and subsidy policies. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Acquisition: As the regional operations liaison, efficiently collaborate with customer service, marketing, logistics, quality control, and other departments to solve complex operational problems and secure necessary resources and support for the region. 6. Cost and Asset Management: Responsible for the reasonable control of operational costs (such as incentive costs and losses) within the assigned region, as well as the compliant use and management of rider equipment, station assets, and other materials.
