Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Financial Recording & Reporting

  • Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses into accounting systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
  • Ensure all journal entries are properly documented and posted.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process supplier invoices, monitor due dates, and prepare payment vouchers.
  • Issue and track customer invoices and follow up on receivables.
  • Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.

3. Bank & Cash Reconciliation

  • Assist reconcile bank statements with internal financial records on a monthly basis.
  • Verify cash transactions and balances from cashier reports or POS systems.
  • Investigate discrepancies and assist preparation reconciliation statements.

4. Inventory & Cost Control Support

  • Work with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock costing.
  • Track cost of goods sold (COGS) and analyze variance between actual and expected figures.
  • Monitor and support periodic stock audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (hospitality or retail industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
