  • Deliver engaging, practical sessions on digital marketing, campaign strategy, and marketing fundamentals, progressing to applied use cases and real-world project work.
  • Guide learners through marketing concepts and channel execution across SEO, SEM/Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing, with emphasis on campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement applied to business goals.
  • Mentor students through real-world marketing projects—from audience research and strategy selection to translating results into actionable business recommendations.
  • Evaluate student understanding through hands-on exercises, assignments, quizzes, and capstone campaign presentations.
  • Support learners with campaign challenges, analytics interpretation, and translating performance data into business language and insights.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction aligned with industry expectations and business applications.

Job Requirements

  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Advanced proficiency with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid and organic campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.

  • Analytics & Platforms: Strong expertise in performance tracking, conversion measurement, and A/B testing using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.

  • Communication & Insights: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex marketing concepts and campaign findings into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.

  • Training & Mentorship: Experience guiding, teaching, or mentoring others through marketing problem-solving. Familiarity with educational or corporate training environments is a plus.

  • Education & Portfolio: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, accompanied by a portfolio of 2-3 past campaigns, dashboards, or business case studies for review.
