Main responsibility  

  • The Inventory Accountant is responsible for recording all stock-in and stock-out transactions

Reporting and authority

  • The Inventory Accountant is report to Deputy Accounting Manager.

Scope of work

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical materials in inventory.
  • Monitor and record stock-in and stock-out transactions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of remaining inventory to support the preparation of material request orders.
  • Perform regular inventory counts on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly closing stock statements and ensure all related documents are properly organized and maintained.
  • Review and verify stock request forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Receive, prepare, and check reports related to material request orders.
  • Ensure and verify that all contracts and invoices are accurate and properly documented

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Dynamic in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
  • 1–2 years of experience of Inventory Accounting or a related field.
  • Good at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate teamwork.
