We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Supervisor to manage, monitor, and maintain our IT infrastructure across multiple automotive sites, including manufacturing plants, showrooms, and service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and communication systems.

• Manage IT infrastructure projects, including expansions, upgrades, and system migrations.

• Ensure network security, firewall management, and data backup policies are enforced.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for infrastructure services and troubleshooting.

• Monitor network performance and system availability across all automotive business units.

• Implement IT infrastructure standards and best practices within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management, preferably in automotive or industrial operations.

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs, server systems, and security protocols.

• Hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and backup solutions.

• Excellent troubleshooting and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize infrastructure tasks.

• IT certifications (CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
