We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Analyst to support and optimize operational systems within our automotive business. This role focuses on managing and enhancing IT applications used in manufacturing, inventory, sales, and aftersales service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain core IT systems used in automotive operations, including ERP, inventory management, and vehicle tracking systems.

• Gather business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency.

• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and integrations with internal teams and external vendors.

• Support system users through training, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to align IT solutions with business needs.

• Ensure data security, backup processes, and compliance with IT policies.

• Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide insights for operational improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems analysis or application support, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

• Good knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management software, and automotive operation tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with SQL databases, system integrations, or reporting tools is a plus.
