• Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Telegram pages.
• Schedule and publish daily social media content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience growth.
Content Coordination
• Prepare captions and marketing copy for social media posts.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce marketing materials.
• Ensure marketing content is posted according to the monthly content calendar.
Digital Marketing Support
• Assist in running Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and report basic results.
• Support lead generation campaigns for property sales.
Website & Online Listings
• Update property information and promotional content on the company website.
• Upload property listings to real estate portals and online marketplaces.
• Ensure online information is accurate and up to date.
Marketing Administration
• Maintain digital marketing files, photos, and promotional materials.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
• Support marketing events and promotional activities when required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager. 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Fresh graduates with strong digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Business Suite and Google Ads.
• Familiar with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut or other video editing applications is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English.
• Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
