  • Support the sales team in promoting and explaining banking products and services.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including data entry, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
  • Learn and apply basic sales techniques to engage potential customers.
  • Participate in customer outreach activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and update sales and operational reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors in both sales and operations.

  • Fresh Graduate or 4th Year University Student
