Job Description
•    Maximize sales and deliver the most effective and creative sales technique
•    Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
•    Greeting, presents product and accompany customer to visit the project.
•    Building strong relationship with customer and agency, Persuade customer to final close sales
•    Understand and update competitor’s movement and propose any new ideas to gain sales
•    Create your own digitals content to get more customer’s inquiry (leads)
•    Make cold/hunting calls to arrange meetings with and show potential customers around a property and answers all enquiries
•    Generate enquires from clients with regular follow up.
•     Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly sale report for management.
•     Another task will be assigned by direct superior or manager.
