  • Sales Activities
  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Promote and explain company products and services to customers.
  • Provide professional consultation based on customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Suggest improvements for products and sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
