● មានចំណេះដឹងល្អអំពីផលិតផល និងចាប់អារម្មណ៍លើវិស័យឱសថ
● ស្មោះត្រង់ ខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង ទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងមានវិន័យខ្លួនឯង
● អាចធ្វើការដោយឯករាជ្យ គ្រប់គ្រងពេលវេលាល្អ និងធ្វើការក្រោមសម្ពាធបាន
● អាចប្រើភាសាខ្មែរ និងអង់គ្លេសបានល្អ
